9:00 – 9:30 am The coffee fields We will explore the process of growing, processing coffee from the farm without using any other flavorings.
 
During the coffee harvest season, you can pick coffee cherries with us... In the coffee garden, the terrain is steep, there may be mosquitoes and the weather can be hot or rainy depending on the time. You should bring long-sleeved clothes, hiking shoes, mosquito repellent or sunscreen depending on your needs.

The permculture gardens You will see the lufa, the melons, the greens, the durian pomelo lemon trees, dragon fruit, pinapple and many herbs unique to this part of Asia (mugwort used for fried egg, magenta plant to color sticky rice, lolot pepper to make leaf-covered fried meat) Pick some veggies and herbs to make and cook some dishes We will introduce some dishes that are suitable for the season (rainy season and dry season have different crops)

Experience the cooking – preparing food processes and enjoy the meals, from the ingredients that you picked We will make dishes such as lufa soup, melon soup, salads, stired veggies, spring rolls, magenta sticky rice, lolot pepper fried meat, fried mugwort egg, ect, depending on the kitchen and garden’s availibility. Then we enjoy the dishes together :)
 
Please tell us if you have any kind of allergies or preferences (vegan, vegetarian, etc) We use peanut oil, white rice or brown rice. Other ingredients are usaullly fresh, natural or free range products sourced from the villages.
