MIDORI

FARM

Midori is a concept that includes “sustainable”, “community-focused” “healing”. We started out by growing organic-oriented coffee plants, veggies, fruits and call it Midori Farm. The farm has a fresh and pristine natural ambience and ecosystem upon which we offer Midori Farmstay & Midori Healing services to bring healing & cultural values to Gaia and the people dwelling upon her.

Cafe And Bistro

Our coffee is made from beans grown on our own farm and by our partner farms — all of which follow sustainable and community-focused practices. We also handle the processing and roasting ourselves. You’re welcome to join our tour to learn more about it.
Our other food and drinks are also made with fresh ingredients, responsibly grown or sourced locally — from neighboring farms, nearby communities, and organic, natural, or wholesome sources. We care about your health and happiness just as we care about our own.

I was introduced to Midori Heritage Farm by a friend, and this place truly impressed me. The café is built from wood and surrounded by lush greenery, so everywhere you look is beautiful.I tried a hot milk coffee and a slice of fragrant banana cake — both delicious and wholesome. Sitting there, enjoying them while listening to birdsong and the rustling of pine leaves nearby brought a deep sense of relaxation. As someone who has lived in the city for many years, it felt wonderful to return to the countryside and even roast a small batch of coffee to take home as a gift. This trip gave me so many emotions — it felt like slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and with myself. It’s truly worth experiencing, especially for those who love savoring an authentic cup of coffee in the heart of the highlands.

This café doesn’t just serve drinks — it feels like part of a slow-living experience. I came early in the morning, when the garden was still lightly covered in mist. A lady was picking flowers to decorate the tables, while a few Foreign tourist were practicing yoga. I ordered a hot cocoa with milk, a pot of jasmine tea, and a slice of banana cake — simple flavors, yet so refined. There’s a small wooden balcony overlooking the valley — I sat there for nearly two hours without getting bored. The café play music; only the sound of the wind and birds can be heard. I think this place is perfect for anyone who enjoys calm, nature-filled moments.

We came to Midori Coffee Farm to learn how they grow and harvest organic coffee in an environmentally friendly way. Here, I learned so much from the amazing and kind staff. There’s a rooftop where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful valley while sipping coffee. I truly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates a less commercial and eco-friendly place. One special highlight was the meal prepared by the cook — it tasted just like a home-cooked meal from my mom. It’s been a long time since I had something like that, ever since I started working far from home. The peaceful surroundings and the comforting food made me feel right at home. Although the farm is located a bit outside of Da Lat, it’s still easy to reach by taxi, and the staff are happy to help arrange a ride back to Dalat city.

I had a wonderful stay at this farmstay! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the room was clean. Every morning, I just had to open the door to see a green vegetable garden and blooming sunflowers — sipping a hot espresso while watching the sunrise over the hills, then taking a walk through the pine forest across from the farm — it was an unforgettable, poetic scene. We learned how to roast coffee and enjoyed the results of our own work by joining the farm’s experience program. This place is not just for resting — it’s a retreat for the soul, a place to recharge after the chaos of city life.

Our whole family joined a local experience tour, and all three kids had a great time. I really enjoyed the fresh air and the rustic food, while the children got to water vegetables, pick fruits, and ride on motorbikes driven by the local guides — their laughter echoed across the vast tea hills. It was probably the first time the kids had ever been away from the city.In the evening, we had dinner together at the café under warm, twinkling lights — fresh vegetables from the garden, farm eggs, and traditional-style dipping sauce — nothing fancy, but incredibly delicious. The trip brought our family closer together. A simple yet truly memorable experience!

The farmstay room here is truly beautiful and tastefully designed. The wooden interior combined with natural light creates a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I chose a room with a large window overlooking the coffee garden — in the morning, the sunlight gently pours in, so dreamy it’s almost unreal. At night, you can hear the soft sounds of insects and even see fireflies — it’s very easy to fall asleep. In the café, there are herbal teas, books, hammocks gently swaying, and soft music playing — I ended up dozing off without even realizing it.The host is friendly and always willing to suggest nearby places to visit. I’m currently trying out the Local Culture Tour, where I get to learn about coffee and even roast my own beans by hand. At the end of my trip, they were incredibly helpful in arranging a taxi for me back to Da Lat city — everything went smoothly thanks to the staff's support.

They were very kind to help us book a taxi from Da Lat city to the farm. Right from the moment you step into the reception area, you'll be impressed by the stunning scenery. Enjoying a cup of coffee in the valley in the morning is a precious moment, surrounded by nature. I was truly able to relax while watching the sunrise from my room. All the staff were very friendly, and we had such pleasant conversations about many different things, along with a coffee tour. I’m really happy I got to visit Midori Heritage Coffee Farm! See you again in Tokyo or Da Lat ^^.

Our family had such wonderful days here. We stayed in a family room with a mountain view. Every early morning, we were gently awakened by the sound of birds chirping, roosters crowing, dogs barking, and the endless ee...ee...ee... from cicadas. Those cicadas, they screamed all day and all night as if afraid that if they didn’t, no one would know they were there...When we opened the window, the golden rays of the early sun poured into the room. In the distance were cool green hills, and the breeze carried a signature countryside scent — a mix of fresh grass, a hint of dry leaves blended with soil, a touch of rotting compost, a little bit of coffee flowers, ripe guava, and even the scent of the dogs and cats around…If you're someone who loves immersing yourself in nature, and you're not bothered by the smell of fertilizer, fallen leaves, or bugs, then this is a great place for you. Today, we’ve returned to the city. Waking up this morning, I already missed those peaceful days on the farm. I miss HaChi the dog, Phat (or maybe Fat) the dog, the big boss white cat with a blank face, the long-haired white cat as proud as a princess, the tabby cat with a dumpling face and thoughtful eyes… I even miss those loud-mouth cicadas I used to hate! Better them than the noise of city traffic like this…

We had a coffee farm tour with Aaron and his team and it was the best tour we had in Vietnam! We learned so much, everyone was so friendly, the farm and surroundings were beautiful and very relaxing! I could have stayed longer so I will definitely be back if I come to Vietnam!

We stayed in an eco-friendly room for one night in May and joined the farm tour. Dan, the staff member, was very kind and polite, and we had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. During the tour, we compared different types of coffee, learned about coffee plants, walked around the area and took photos. We even had the chance to pick fruit at the farm and were given some to take home as souvenirs. Located a bit outside the city center, the place is very peaceful with beautiful scenery, making it perfect for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. At night, you can even see fireflies from the balcony. It gets quite chilly in the mornings and evenings, so we recommend bringing a long-sleeved jacket.
