We have 01 wooden cottage and 04 new brick rooms with toilets inside, 4 wooden rooms and another brick room with toilets outside and a mountain view. We also have a cafe and a bistro on the farm so you may indulge yourself with our exquisite veriety of homemade drinks including coffees and local beers, and farm-cooked dishes with fresh ingredients from our garden or neighborsâ farms or directly sent from the sea by our founderâs mother.
The farm has a kitchen available for group use only.
You may do your laundy with our washing and drying machine (50k/time for each machine). Ask our staff for their location.

- Deposit 100% of total bill before arriving at the farm to reserve your spot (payment via bank transfer and credit card is welcome).
- Check-in time: 14pm (can be earlier with a surcharge if there are no previous guests)
- Check-out time: 11am (luggage can be left at the cafe)
- Cancellation 3 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. The remainder will not be refunded.
- The room charge does not include meals and drinks. It is suggestible to order meals at least 01 hour in advance so we can prepare with our utmost care. Your love for food matters to us :)
- We have morning meetings from around 7:30 â 8:15am and sometimes only will be absent for a little while to deal with urgent matters such as government officials' examination, staff training, suppliers and guests' inquiry. Please be patient and leave us a message on apps so we can attend to your needs right after. We are a small farm in a developing country, not a fancy hotel so there will be disruptions but only sometimes for our founders hold up to high standards and have utmost care for your wellbeing.
- We have numorous terraces (riverview & mountainview), spacious gardens, many walking paths through our farm including the Philosophy Walk, Peach Blossom Slope where you can admire scenic views, flowers blooming, hear birds singing, and even learn how to grow, pick, process organic vegetables and coffee if you want
- Along the walks, around the farm, there are signs telling your the history of Midori Farm, the ancient trees, the exodus of farmer migrants from the North to the Central Highlands after the Fall of Saigon, of national and regional cultural heritages. Download/take a snapshot the map and follow these signs to have some fun learningâŚ
- There are fur friends (dogs and cats) you can always play with. They are gentle and super cute. Sometimes they fight but they love hoomans :)
- There are yoga mats at the cafe and riverview terrace. You may enjoy breathing in breathing out & streching to connect with your bodyâŚ
- We offer sound healing sessions upon request/reservation only. Check out our website (Experiences) or ask our staff for details.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are allowed only if attended by owners. It is suggestible that they stay at more secluded rooms so they wonât fight with our fur friends at the farm
- Do not bring outside food/drinks to the cafe/bistro (Riverview Terrace) area (stricly our food/drinks only)
- Do not enter âStaff Onlyâ areas such as our kitchen, our cafe & tearoomâs private areas. Our morning meetings are private and important for the smooth operation of the farm, please let us have them in peace, then weâll serve you better.
- Please keep quiet after 10pm so everyone can rest and work/play the next day
- Tips for our staff and fur friends are always welcome
- We have a scholarship fund for orphans and an intention for trash processing in the village (the local government does not take good care of these things due to the lack of awareness and funding). If you are interested in volunteering & philanthrophy please contact us.
