Midori Coffee Farm Tour

The content and schedule of the tour may be adjusted flexibly depending on actual conditions. This is a walking tour that takes you through an authentic countryside experience, immersing you in nature while discovering the coffee-making process right on the farm. You’ll hear the gentle crackling of coffee beans in the roaster and breathe in the enticing aroma spreading across the hills.
Please wear comfortable clothing and get ready for the adventure.

8:00 - 9:30 am	Walk around, visit local farmers' gardens, and other coffee farms	Coffee Garden and Intercropped Plants	Coffee garden and intercropped plants. In Da Lat, different coffee farms have their own unique characteristics.	Please wear long-sleeved clothes and hiking shoes. We may need to travel long distances by motorbike or car.
9:30 - 10:00 am	Visit the coffee garden at Midori Farm	Post-harvest coffee processing methods and practice	Harvest coffee, taste ripe coffee cherries, and learn the processing procedure for ripe coffee cherries. Practice small-scale coffee processing.	We turn coffee cherry husks into flavorful drinks or compost them into organic fertilizer — all in an effort to care for the environment.
10:00 - 11:00am	Experience Coffee Roasting	Using coffee roasters: + Gas stove + Roasting machine	Visitors will roast their first batch of coffee by hand using two different methods.	It would be wonderful if you captured a video of roasting your own coffee—an unforgettable memory!
11:00 - 12:00 am	Practice packaging and coffee tasting	Package the coffee you roasted yourself to take home. Enjoy coffee and admire the beautiful scenery.	Visitors will pack the coffee they roasted themselves to take home. Get guided on manual coffee brewing methods.	Afterward, you can visit the souvenir shop. Roasted coffee and Cascara tea made from ripe coffee cherry skins.

10:30 - 11:00 am	Enjoy your coffee	Savor a cup of coffee while enjoying the scenic surroundings	Guests will be guided in brewing coffee using traditional handcraft methods	Afterwards, you can visit our souvenir shop, featuring roasted coffee and Cascara tea made from the dried skins of ripe coffee cherries.
