We are looking for individuals who are passionate about community & sustainability and wish to improve their knowledge and understanding of sustainable coffee/farming, nature and Vietnamese culture. Our program offers a unique opportunity to connect with people from Vietnam and around the world, to gain cross-cultural experiences and build meaningful relationships.

However, internship is only supplimentary to our main operation, so please understand that the following program is subject to adjustment in alighment with our daily activities.

Overview

Midori Heritage Farm is a small-scale farm established in May 2017, upon the belief that Nature is the key to Sustainable Development. Here we farm organically under tree shadows and produce coffee and veggies according to high quality standards. We want to use our shadow-grown coffee and veggies to contribute to society and spread eco lifestyle around the world.

While interning at Midori, you can learn about harvesting, processing, roasting, brewing and basic coffee chemistry and vegetable farming, as well as other farmstay operations. Midori's internship program offers a unique experience, allowing you to follow the coffee production process from farm to cup, and local community-based farmstay business. You will have the opportunity to interact with our staff, Vietnamese farmers and local community members. You will experience Vietnamese culture firsthand through events, social interactions, and daily life. It is indeed a comprehensive internship program.
